Nothing on the PJF website about it I'm afraid, or the facebook page, hopefully the newsletter will come out soon, which should have the date in. Think it's only a few weeks away too. Hurry up PJF!

Well you've just read that Paul will be selling headbands there, and asked about times, and it was published in the Swazzle, so I don't think there is any reason to doubt it.

Thanks Chris; I assume 12.00 kick off or latter?

I am desperately trying to find a set of Puppets and a booth in need of restoration (on the principle that this will be just about affordable for me).

Well as far as I know it is an all day event so why wait until mid-day? Doesn't it give times in the Swazzle?
The participants have to be there early to get a parking space so I would guess at a 10 or 10.30 start. But even if you are early you can always have a chat.

I have only just re-joined the PJF and haven't got the latest newsletter - sorry! That is why I wanted to come along on Sunday to (re) acquaint myself ;)

Will there be new/second hand puppets for sale there or is it just a performance event?

Keep trying to contact the PJF as my membership still hasn't come through :(

As far as I know this is just a performance event. It is not like the May Fayre.
As far as your PJF problems are concerned, I can't help. I'm not a member. I would have thought Pete Milstrom was the person to contact email:
membership@the pjf.com
but I may be wrong. But the event is a public one so you don't need to be a member to go. Presumably you aren't wanting to perform since you haven't a booth or puppets! Why not make your own? That's what Punch men have had to do for many centuries. It's only comparitively recently that the majority can afford (and choose) to buy their figures.

Thanks - I think that is the next plan ;)

I haven't actually performed in years. Glyn Edwards taught me some 20 years ago!
