For vent lovers

I'm wondering if any of our knowledgeable collectors of vent dolls will be able to identify the maker:

This is from the show broadcast Christmas Day 1969.

I understand the show also contained a giant Christmas tree sketch. I wonder, therefore, if the vent figure, along with the tree, was made by the BBC properties department sprecifically for the show.

A joke!!??!!
I'll have you know those lads in the BBC property department took their job very seriously. You only have to look at the TV of the era to realise just how committed they were.
It has been my experience that I am always true from my point of view, and am often wrong from the point of view of my honest critics. I know that we are both right from our respective points of view. - Gandhi (Having a bob each way.)

Cvdc, if you want to see how dedicated, check out some of the Kenny Everett vids. I can imagine the order form : "20 foot nose", ten foot pair of lips, must be able to stand and dance in the middle of."
