You Tube Video

Postby Richard Coombs » 22 Feb 2015, 16:42

Well its a rainy here in the Midlands.
Because if the rain , there is no work shed building for me today ....going well though had a few really good days at it , dry but chilly.

Instead I am doing a variety of 'indoor' projects :
This includes sewing Mr Punch costumes ( several duplicates as per !)
Also doing some tidying up of stuff on my Computer , including editing some video clips shot over the last couple of years.
Mostly Family gatherings and such, but one or two Punch related bits.

So I thought it was about time I dragged myself kicking and screaming into this Century and joined YouTube so I can upload clips.

Here is my first.

It makes use of those rather nifty little cameras I have spoken of here before ...the "Go Pro"
These clever bits of kit can shoot time-lapse as a series of high definition stills images , and the Go Pro editor software can then assemble those images as a movie clip.

Here is the link ..hope it works

Clip linked worked I am glad to say :-)

I know this is an arena where Chris and others regularly upload and display their films , so for them the experience is doubtless very matter of fact and everyday..

... But I have to say I got rather a thrill waiting for my first clip to upload and go "live".

After I had watched my clip through , youtube auto-suggested this clip for viewing.
This might not be the case with everyones search engines , so I will pop on the link as I found it quite charming despite (- or perhaps because of -) the dated voice over !

Enjoy :

Here is my second YouTube upload.

Is this a "First" ???

It is a clip shot from inside the Booth , or "Backstage" if you will.

Enjoy !
