Chris, having on the receiving end of a few punches (Oh, I bet a few people would have liked to have seen it, wouldn't they) I think boxing is a way of getting one's lights punched out.

Rather than watching paint dry I have been 'busy' watching light bulbs (LED) to see how long batteries last.

Les, we found this most interesting.
Yorkshire and Suffolk must have similar opportunities for a social life (except we don't have moonraking).
We spent an exciting day timing how long it took for a 12v battery to discharge completely using a small compressor. We had to turn it off every 15 minutes for the compressor to cool down. I'm sure you'll all be interested in our results which will be published shortly.
Sorry to you others but we've never seen a James Bond film. - there's always so much else to do.

Picking up on the James Bond theme again,you might like to know that Hugh Cecil owned the car that flew in the Man With The Golden Gun!
He bought it off the set after filming!
I remember being driven around a few times by him,and it was one of the most comftable cars I have ever been in!

So what a car once it had Britt Eckland stuck in the boot,a couple of years later it was Mr Punch!
