The Punch Booth

I am looking for a videotape from Eric Sharp. He mentions it in his book: Eric Sharp's Specialised Punch and Judy Entertainment in the authors foreword.
"If you look at my video you will see the "Number One Routine".....
Do not need the original tape, a copy or DVD made from the tape would be great. I think it might still be somewhere and I would like to bring it to new life. I am not a collector.
