i am having trouble with the hands on my puppets they have been made according to the plans on here but I need a bit more detail the one I have seem more fatter and shaped like hand than what I see in use on most puppets, which seem to me to be flatter. I am thinking that normally they are made from flat wood but the instruction don't say that. I can post pictures of the hands have.
Also how long should the tail piece be (the bit that goes in the sleeve) and what shape should it be mine are moon crescent shape, again as per instructions.
A sketch would be really helpful and some idea of the best material ie dowling moulding etc
I am sorry if this is old ground for most and if it is covered elsewhere I will learn to look properly next time
Kindest regards

That may not be the way to do it , but I'm here to learn
