For those jobs where there is no way of staking down and nothing to tie to we have started using water weights.
They are actually made to fit around gazebo legs and weigh 7.5kg each when filled with water.

Here I am in a street for a food festival. The local friendly cafe kindly supplied the water along with bacon sandwiches and coffee.

They are a bit bulky but very light when empty.

Having seen them in use for gazebos elsewhere I put 'gazebo weights' into ebay and several came up.
I added red stripes to make them fit in.
