
This is a set of puppets I have made for Keith Preston. It is a show he has devised to be performed with Celtic folk tunes. It is about the Irish Diaspora and Celtic heritage. (Could be of interest to you Sean)
Anyway it is good to be forced to make puppets outside one's comfort zone. Although they are fundamentally the same as any glove puppet.
One of the puppets has to play the violin, which was a bit of a fiddle.


Since having a look at those Roselia puppets I am starting to use canvas to stiffen the arms. Which I think is something Richard Coombs does (?).
