Well here's a closer look then.
The stripes are made by sewing yellow tape onto the fabric. It is a bit of extra work but worth it for the effect.
The legs are movable, with holes cut into the top of each leg for your fingers. The glove has a bit of width so that the left hand will fit to operate the legs.
The head has been hollowed out a bit to remove some of the weight. So this puppet ought to be easy to manipulate. In fact it is so light it almost floats so you may have to use it hands above head.

Here is the Devil for this lot of puppets. I found some interesting fabric for the costume that looks as though it is flame. The cobweb print I have been using for the capes is coming to an end and I cannot buy it. One day I will learn to buy in bulk.
